FEI Coalition

FEI is a unique coalition that brings together a very diverse group to advocate for policy changes that affect welfare recipients. Participation in the coalition is open to all individuals and groups that support progressive welfare reform. FEI actively solicits the participation of individuals directly affected by welfare policies to authenticate its agenda and to empower affected individuals in their struggle for support and opportunities. In addition to current or former welfare recipients, FEI's coalition effort includes representatives from grassroots organizations, legal services advocates, other advocacy groups, religious organizations, labor organizations, government agencies, and other organizations helping low-income families and children.
